Selection to Delivery, Automatically
When Lightroom uploads to both Vault and Proof, each image is linked by UUID. When the client submits their selections in Proof, Vault knows exactly which hi-res originals to include in the delivery gallery. No manual work. No re-uploading. No mismatched files.

Streaming ZIP, Zero Wait
When a delivery gallery is created, Vault streams images from B2, assembles a ZIP archive, and uploads it back to B2 — all without needing local disk space. The ZIP is pre-generated so clients get instant downloads. Change detection via image hash means the ZIP is regenerated only when content changes.

Signed URLs & Magic Links

Files are stored on Backblaze B2, an enterprise-grade cloud storage service with 99.999999999% data durability. Your files are replicated across multiple data centers for redundancy.
Individual files can be up to 50MB when uploaded via the Lightroom plugin. The dashboard supports larger uploads. There's no limit on total storage per account — store as many jobs and images as you need.
Pre-generated ZIPs have a 60-day expiry. After that, the ZIP is cleaned up from storage. The original files remain indefinitely — a new ZIP can be generated at any time if the client needs another download.
No. Vault works standalone for file storage and delivery. You can create galleries manually and share download links directly. The Proof integration adds the automatic selection-to-delivery flow, but it's not required.
When a client needs to access their gallery, they receive an email with a magic link — a unique, time-limited URL that expires after 15 minutes. Clicking it logs them in without needing a password. This is more secure than shared passwords and much easier for clients.
